On the wedding day, Caroline will oversee the setup and teardown of the ceremony and cocktail hour, as well as the setup of the reception, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. BACHELORETTE PARTY & BRIDAL SHOWER PLANNING
Party Planning Services
This planning service provides a seamless and stress-free experience for pre-wedding celebrations. Caroline will collaborate with the bride, MOB, or maid of honor to create a personalized itinerary/party, ensuring every detail aligns with the overall vision. From curating a mood board that captures the perfect theme to coordinating venues, décor, activities, and vendors, every element will be thoughtfully planned. Leading up to the event, regular check-ins will ensure everything stays on track. The week of the celebration, Caroline will manage vendor communication, provide detailed set-up and schedule plans, and handle any last-minute adjustments, allowing the bride and her guests to relax and enjoy a memorable, beautifully executed experience.
